About the event
Our gathering is just 20mins from Geelong at an intimate venue with a welcoming wood fire overlooking a rolling apple orchard. We will nestle in and honour the season - connecting ourselves to each other, the land and our own inner fire.Â
My work utilises various practices from breathwork to mediation, visulation, movement (physical & energetic but not beyond the capacity of every woman who attends), the 4 elements (especially water & fire), plus storytelling, the written word and heart opening Cacao, to allow you to explore all that no longer serves and assist you with release - leaving you rejuvinated and ready to shine your light back into the world.Â
