Wild Woman - Day Event

I have felt, for some time now, that Women have been watered down. That our inner fire has been stifled and our warrior energy has been dampened. I believe all women have a right to feel their own strength, the power that their body provides. Yet we carry along a negative narrative and those stories of lack, weakness, injury and inability echo in our heads and prevent us from expressing our all-ness in a physical way. The creation and preservation of a strong, resilient body and mind as we navigate the ages and stages of Womanhood is needed now, more than ever.

It’s time for us to dance in our wild more, to play in and explore this space - that 3 year self was a wilding and she's not left you, it's time for us to reconnect with her!
