As the seasons shift and the sun sinks lower in the sky it's time to honour the growth and abundance of our lives, giving thanks for all we have and we make space for what's to come. Gathering at dawn we will move, breath and connect together honouring ourselves, the land and each other.

About the event
It's time to connect with the land beneath our feet, to feel the autumn sun on our faces and experience cooler breezes in our hair. Through physical practices we will open up to a deeper spiritual wisdom, deep within us. This occurs through engaging with the natural environment via basic primal movements, breath work, visualisation techniques, immersion in the ocean, sharing circle and nourishing ourselves with warming drinks.
